Day-wise itinerary
DAY 01
Arrive in Gangtok
On arrival you are met and driven to your hotel; the rest of the day is yours. Evening idea: Evening on MG Marg.
DAY 02
Tsomgo Lake and Baba Mandir
Excursion to Tsomgo Lake and Baba Harbhajan Singh Mandir (permits required; Nathula at own cost).
DAY 03
Gangtok sightseeing
Enchey and Rumtek monasteries, Do Drul Chorten and the Namgyal Institute of Tibetology.
DAY 04
Gangtok to Darjeeling
After breakfast, travel by road to Darjeeling (about 2 hours). Check in and relax. Evening on the Chowrasta mall.
DAY 05
Tiger Hill sunrise
Sunrise over Kanchenjunga from Tiger Hill, Ghoom monastery and Batasia Loop.
DAY 06
Depart Darjeeling
Check out and transfer to the airport or station in time for your departure.
