Booking & cancellation terms

Standard terms summarised for guidance. The terms in your written quote and invoice apply to your booking.

Prices

Package prices are indicative, per person on twin sharing, and quoted in Indian rupees. International land costs depend on the exchange rate on the date of payment. GST and TCS are charged as per Government of India rules.

Confirmation

A booking is confirmed on receipt of the advance stated in your quote. The balance is due before travel as per the payment schedule in the invoice. Airfares are confirmed only on ticketing.

Cancellations

Cancellation charges depend on how close to departure you cancel and on the hotel, airline and cruise policies for your dates; these are listed in your quote. Non-refundable components (some flights, visas, peak-season hotels) cannot be refunded.

Changes

We may adjust the order of sightseeing because of weather, local holidays or operational reasons. Unused services are non-refundable.

Travel documents

Guests are responsible for valid passports, visas and health requirements. We help with visa documentation but approval rests with the embassy.
