Day-wise itinerary
DAY 01
Arrive in Srinagar
On arrival you are met and driven to your hotel; the rest of the day is yours. Overnight on a deluxe houseboat with a shikara ride at sunset.
DAY 02
Mughal gardens
Nishat Bagh, Shalimar Bagh and Chashme Shahi, plus a shikara ride past the floating vegetable market.
DAY 03
Srinagar to Pahalgam
After breakfast, travel by road to Pahalgam (about 2 hours). Check in and relax. Evening by the Lidder river.
DAY 04
Betaab and Aru valleys
Local excursions to Betaab Valley, Aru and Chandanwari by Pahalgam union taxi (at own cost).
DAY 05
Pahalgam to Gulmarg
After breakfast, travel by road to Gulmarg (about 3 hours). Check in and relax. Afternoon: Gondola to Apharwat. Ride the Gulmarg Gondola (tickets at own cost) and enjoy snow or wildflower meadows depending on season. Evening in the meadow at the foot of Apharwat.
DAY 06
Depart Gulmarg
Check out and transfer to the airport or station in time for your departure.
