Day-wise itinerary
DAY 01
Arrive in Bangalore
On arrival you are met and driven to your hotel; the rest of the day is yours. Afternoon: Garden City. Lalbagh, Bangalore Palace, Tipu Sultan's Summer Palace and the Bull Temple. Evening on Church Street or at a microbrewery.
DAY 02
Bangalore to Mysore
After breakfast, travel by road to Mysore (about 5 hours). Check in and relax. Brindavan Gardens musical fountain (evenings).
DAY 03
Royal Mysore
Mysore Palace, Chamundi Hill and Srirangapatna on the way.
DAY 04
Mysore to Ooty
After breakfast, travel by road to Ooty (about 4 hours). Check in and relax. Afternoon: Nilgiris. Botanical Gardens, Doddabetta Peak, a tea factory and a ride on the Nilgiri toy train (subject to tickets). Evening at the Ooty lake.
DAY 05
Ooty to Kodaikanal
After breakfast, travel by road to Kodaikanal (about 4 hours). Check in and relax. Afternoon: Princess of hill stations. Coaker's Walk, Pillar Rocks, Bryant Park and the Silver Cascade falls. Evening walk around Kodai Lake.
DAY 06
Depart Kodaikanal
Check out and transfer to the airport or station in time for your departure.
